How are you different than other big market boxy SEO firms?
I think this begs the questions of how aren’t I different. I have run businesses from the perspective of both a Fortune 500 company and my own small business. I understand many of the challenges business owners face in today’s market. I don’t outsource overseas because the quality of work I do is paramount. I don’t spam the internet with ineffective marketing campaigns that just damage your reputation and brand because I do all the work myself( well with the help of my amazing wife.)
Everything I do is based on return on investment( that’s your investment in me). I understand you are not just paying me for a tax write off. I am selling you customers not the “first page of google” I don’t own the search engines and definitely cannot guarantee the first spot on google. Effective online marketing and SEO will make your phone ring, increase your walk ins and referrals, and you will make more money (or I work for free until you do).
How much will it cost?
This depends on several factors, which include the niche, the market, and your overall goals and expectations. I do charge what I am worth. There are cheaper SEO services out there but you are not getting targeted effective online marketing either. Bottom line, I expect you to be making significantly more than you are paying me. My immediate goals are to double the amount you are paying me and with time this normally snowballs into much more.
We will sit down and work out a flat monthly fee that we both agree is fair. Then I expect to get paid on time, every 30 days as long as you wish to continue.
How do I pay you?
PayPal is the preferred method. It’s free to create an account and most major credit cards are accepted. I will setup a monthly reoccurring payment that you can cancel at any time. You are in total control of your service. I will take checks but they are incredibly inconvenient in the world we live in. We will work out something because payment method shouldn’t be holding you back from blowing up your business.
Do you offer any type of guarantee?
Absolutely, if you are not 100% satisfied with my service in 60 days, I will pay you back every penny. Nobody has ever taken me up on it but its there if you want. I am all about over delivering on all aspects of my service.
How long will it take to get results?
Usually, we will see an increase in business and customers within a month and it just builds from there. You shouldn’t have to wait 6 months for your SEO advertising dollars to go to work for you. Usually ,we see a dramatic increase in the 45-60 day window but that is dependent on the competitiveness of the market.
Why don’t you do contracts?
What does a contract say about your service? It tells me that you are charging too much, are not confident in customer satisfaction or your product, and want to get your money out of the deal. I expect the goodness you are getting from me to keep you as a client. I spent almost a decade working for a Fortune 500 company and have had all the red tape and legal jargon I can stand. What business owner wouldn’t continue with me when they are doubling, tripling, or quadrupling their investment with me.
Why don’t you sell “first page of Google”?
It is unethical to promise the number one spot on Google. I don’t own the search engines and can’t control the rankings. What I can do is unbeatable content and copywriting combined with local citation management with a few high quality links sprinkled on top. Sure, you will end up ranked very high in Google, Yahoo, and Bing but that’s not even close to the only spoke on the wheel and it shouldn’t be. I am talking blanketing the internet. I care about paying customers who are putting money in your pocket.
